מאמר זה בוחן את השפעתה של תנועת הרפורמה המינית באירופה, ובייחוד הענף הגרמני שלה, על התפתחות השיח המיני ביישוב העברי בשנות השלושים. הוא מתמקד במרכזי הייעוץ שהוקמו בתל אביב בתחילת העשור, בטורי עצה בעיתונות הכללית והרפואית, בביקורים של חברי היישוב בקונגרסים בינלאומיים לסקסולוגיה ובביקוריהם של סקסולוגים גרמנים ביישוב, ובפרט בקיבוצים. המאמר בוחן את תכניו של הייעוץ המיני שהתפתח ביישוב, ואת התפיסה שאימץ בנוגע למיניות נורמטיבית, וכן בנוגע לשאלות שנויות במחלוקת כמו אוננות והפסקת הריון. אופייה הרדיקלי של התנועה הגרמנית התפוגג בפלשתינה. סקסולוגים גרמנים מובילים שעלו ארצה לא הצליחו להחיות את התנועה בביתם החדש. בה בעת נוצרו במות חדשות לדיון במיניות האדם, שגם סיפקו אפשרות לשיחה ולעצה. ניסיון קצר ימים זה הסתיים בשלהי שנות השלושים.

This article examines the impact of the European sexual reform movement, and especially its German branch, on the development of sexual discourse in the Yishuv in the 1930s. It examines sexual consultation centers established in Tel Aviv at the beginning of the decade, consultation columns in the general and medical press, visits of members of the Yishuv to international sexology congresses and German sexologists’ visits to the Yishuv, and particularly to the kibbutz. The article questions what was the “sexual consultation” that emerged in the Yishuv, how did it perceive normative sexuality, as well as controversial questions such as masturbation and abortion. The radical impulse of the German movement was lost in Palestine; leading German sexologists who immigrated to Palestine failed to revive the movement in their new home. At the same time, new forums were created for discussing human sexuality, as well as offering the opportunity for conversation and advice. This short-lived experience ended in the late 1930s.

يسعى هذا المقال إلى بحث شدّة تأثير حرآة الجنس الأوروبية الإصلاحية وبصورة خاصة فرعها الألماني على تطوّر خطاب الجنس في المستوطنات اليهودية في فلسطين في سنوات الثلاثينات . ويرآّز المقال على مراآز الاستشارة الجنسية التي تأسّست في مطلع ذلك العقد في مدينة تل أبيب وزوايا خاصة بالاس تشارة الجنسية في الصحف العامة والصحية، ومشارآة أفراد من هذه المستوطنات في مؤتمرات دولية خاصة بالعلوم الجنسية وزيارة أخصّائيّين بالعلوم الجنسية في هذه المستوطنات وبصورة خاصة في الكيبوتسات . ويرآّز المقال على النقاش بشأن التساؤل ما هو نوع "الاستشارة الجنسية " الذي ظهر في هذه المستوطنات؟ وما هي الجنسية المعيارية بنظرها؟ وآيف نظرت إلى مسائل خلاف آالاستمناء والإجهاض؟ لقد ضاعت الدوافع التي وقفت خلف الحرآة الألمانية عند انتقالها إلى فلسطين، إذ أخفق لأخصائيون الألمان اللامعون حين هاجروا إلى فلسطين في إحياء الحرآة في بيتهم الجديد . وفي الوقت ذاته، ظهرت بعض الحلقات لمناقشة مسائل الجنس وعرض فرص للحوار وتبادل الآراء وتقديم النصح . وقد اختفت تلك التجربة القصيرة في نهاية ذلك العقد.
